Lamento is a collaged music theater around the opera fragment Lamento d’Ariana by Claudio Monteverdi.
Conceived and staged with Marie-Louise Schneider and Christoph Schiller. The pain of love as a state and as an exclamation, as running away and disappearance, is staged in a variety of ways through the musical interventions and interactions between the performers in a variety of ways.
